ocean view daily cleaning relaxing jacuzzis
The room was a Beautiful Double Room Partial Ocean View and the views were amazing! The staff cleaned it daily. There are three jacuzzis and two main pools for adults, so relaxing. The beach bar margaritas were reasonably priced!!!
The gym equipment options seemed a little limited.

Sweet Escape at the Azure Paradise!!!
clean beach attentive staff excellent buffet
The beach access was fantastic with a wide and clean area. Beach loungers and umbrellas were plentiful, a HUGE plus. The dinner buffet stood out with an excellent selection of meats, fish, salads, and a taco bar. The staff members were great.
The market within the hotel grounds had a no-return policy, a bit inconvenient.

The buffet featured varied options daily, from meats to salads. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the taco bar a lot and the diverse range of choices presented in every meal. It was super good.

Our Beautiful Double Ocean Front room had super clean interiors, offering a refreshing experience. We had lovely views!!! It was a dream!!! The air conditioning effectively managed the humidity, our comfort throughout our stay.

Two nice pool bars and one bar were directly at the beach. I could walk whenever I wanted. A hot tub with a view was available on a higher floor. The infinity pool provided a gigantic view.

clean room quality food shop returns humidity problem
Our room was very clean. The restaurants had amazing quality food. The beach access was fantastic. There were a lot of beach loungers with beach umbrellas.
The shop at the facility did not do returns. The air conditioning had a hard time keeping up with the humidity in our beachfront room.

king bed breakfast food hotel porter slow service door handle small gym
the room was a suite beautiful king partial ocean view. it was nice! the king bed was comfortable. breakfast was really good. there was a lot of food to choose from and everything tasted fresh. the hotel porter, gabriel, gave super suggestions for local spots.
The beach service was very slow. i had issues with the door handle. It took a long time to fix, even after reporting it twice. the gym was quite small, and had very limited workout options.

Superb Value with Excellent Service
food variety adult pool attentive staff
I was charmed by the food variety, particularly as the hotel is all-inclusive. The adult pool with its own bar was a nice touch. They even bring snacks like ceviche around in the afternoon, I loved that. The staff was attentive. I appreciate this personal touch a lot.
Check-in was a little slow, a minor inconvenience.

The room had two comfortable beds and the staff cleaned daily. It was spacious and had all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I enjoyed returning to a super clean room after a day by the pool.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options with tables overlooking the ocean, a treat. I found the food tasty and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. I recommend the breakfast highly.

The hotel includes two main pools for adults and three jacuzzis. I found these very relaxing. There are also three bars, a swim-up pool bar, a beach bar, and a main bar. The margaritas are worth trying.

A bus stop is conveniently located just two minutes from the hotel. This made getting around simple. An OXXO convenience store and a 7-Eleven are also nearby. They offer convenience. I loved the great location.
